Learn to impress your new boss or achieve the promotion you want. This session consists of two parts, each containing detailed strategies to assist you in performing at your highest level. The first portion of this workshop will provide you with tips and techniques to prepare for your new job. Preparing for your first day, learning the company cultures and fitting in will be covered using engaging coaching, activities and handouts. The second portion of the session covers 10 common soft skills; what they are why they are important and how to leverage them to achieve success in your job.
